I tried to print a label for shipping...for some reason, it did not print but I was charged for the label. How can I fix this ?

I don't use eBay for labels, if there is no reprint option then void the label and create a new one. Maybe send it to a pdf file instead of the printer in case the problem is with your printer.

You should be able to reprint the original label from the ebay label screen
if you need to 'void' the label, do it through the shipping label page:

This is the second post of the same that I have read here on this forum concerning shipping labels. You may want to post your problem on this forum and see what they can advise:

Good luck to you!

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
If the reprint option is not successful you can void the label and purchase one elsewhere, like pirateship.com - just make sure to add tracking to eBay.
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 28 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
Printed eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable and cannot be voided.
eBay International Standard Delivery labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.
