Printing a packing list/receipt

Used to be easy to do this from order details when notification is received of the sale.  Can no longer print

from this.  click on order details, click on printer friendly page - will not print.

Why must we have constant change to deal with when things were working good???????

Agreed there has been problems with ebay's printer friendly function, but printing the Order Details page is not the same as the Packing Slip.

If you want a detailed Packing Slip, which has the order details and can be customized, print it from the drop down menu next to the item on the Bulk Shipping page.

If you want just a simple Packing Slip, with no pricing, print it from the option at the upper right on the Create Label page.

Sorry I didn't explain better - I do want the order details that show what was shipped and the charges paid.

I can do the packing list o.k.

Found the drop list o.k.  - extra clicks to get there.  Everything used to be so simple.
