Printing a 4 x 6 label

I don't see anything current regarding printing a 4 x 6 label. Is there a setting I can change so I don't have to manipulate a label using Adobe, etc.?

On the label purchase page first make sure your label options are expanded (text is slightly different from below screenshot - it now says 'switch to advanced shipping'):

I just choose the 4 x 6 thermal printer from the list in my printer system window.
