Help - I just installed the printer and it worked fine but......
The very top of the label is cut off.... About 1/8 of an inchat the very top does not print and nothing I have tried seemed to fix it.
Now.... Under the Preview it is Defaulted to PDF... Should it be PNG instead?
Also - I though that you could print without the postage costs showing but I don't see that option anywhere.
Yes - I am new to printing labels in ebay.....

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
Create a label as usual and click print. It should open in an Adobe PDF print window.
Change the Target Printer at the top in the pull down menu to the Dymo, if needed.
Options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels, check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”.

Great, glad you got it working.
Did you find the option on the create label page to hide the postage? I forgot to answer that.
