Printing Mailing Labels

I cannot get this app to print labels.  This is so frustrating.  So now the customer is paying for shipping and so am I !  Come on eBay!  Get this fixed.

Can you explain a little more?  Are you trying to print labels through eBay's label program or Paypal's labels?  Do you get a message?  

Also, you say the customer is paying for shipping and so are you.  How is that happening? I assume you mean you sold something and the customer paid for the item plus shipping.  So you collected the money for the shipping and then, when you print a label, you have to pay for the shipping; you don't get to keep the money.

Also when you say app if you are on a mobile device then try the website on a computer. If on a computer try different browsers.  If you still have issues reply back with full description of the issues you are having explain each step you took when trying to print so others can reply back with advice. 

Also if all else fails you can always go to the carrier and purchase the label at the counter.
