My printer just stopped working and I found out it is not compatible to my new upgrade Windows 10 PC.
How can I get my labels until I can get a new printer? Any suggestions for the best way for me to get my labels? I am a seller and can I go the route of just going to the USPS and writing them out. How will that effect paying methods if buyer has already paid? Help please!!!

@peppermintalley2 Aside from using someone elses computer to reprint the labels (which I dont recommend because then your ebay account will be linked to all others who have used that IP address and that can cause issues down the road) The only other option is voiding the purchased labels through the "shipping labels" area of your ebay. Then hand write out the address labels and then purchase the postage at the post office. After purchasing the postage at the post office you will get your tracking numbers on the recipt. You can then go to your "sold area" of ebay, mark the items as shipped and upload the tracking. Tedious I know but it gets the job done.
Hope this helps!

That sucks, It happened to me too when I upgraded. To make it worse I have found absolutly no advantage with Windows 10 over my old system.
If you have a public library close log on there and print your labels. It will cost you around 10c per black and white sheet. Just remember to log out when you are finished.

I had a similar problem when I upgraded my computer. My printer only had a serial or parallel port (don't remember which) and the computer only had a USP port. OK....try to find an adapter or buy a new printer? Ended up buying a new printer.
Then I discovered the new computer did not have a floppy drive. That's how I save all of my photos from my Sony Mavica camera. OK. Off to Fry's to buy an external floppy disk drive. Those were hard to find! LOL.

You should at least tell us the make and model of the printer and how it is connected to your new W10 computer.

@peppermintalley2 You can safely print the labels off someone else’s computer or at a shipping store, just purchase the labels on YOUR computer and save them as a PDF file then either email them to yourself OR save them to a one of those little usb thumb drives. That way you don’t have to log into your eBay account on someone else’s device, you can just hop on someone else’s computer & log into your email or plug in the thumb drive and print the label 🙂
good luck!

I have the same problem. I picked up an outdated laptop for next to nothing. It is slow, but the printer will still work with it.
