Print shipping label without purchasing

Ebay has recently changed the format to print labels.   I used to be able to print a packing slip and at the top was a shipping label without postage that I could cut off and use as a shipping label.   It helped with my organization and also saved on paper use.   Is there any way to access that again or is it gone forever?   I don't buy most of my labels online because I sell postcards and ship first class with stamps.  The change sure messed up my process.   Has anyone found a way to get back to the old format or print labels without buying postage?

On the page where you actually purchase the shipping label there is a button to print packing slip. That is where I do it then I just close that page without buying a label.

It might be available in a drop down menu on your ALL ORDERS page of Seller Hub as well (if you can find it.)
