Print label now opens new tab, then a popup, then you get to print your label. TOO MANY STEPS!

Well of course ebay has "improved" something and now what was easy takes many more steps. After purchasing a label I USED to click print and the popup came up to choose printer and then click print. Well now after the label purchase I click print and get greeted with a whole new tab with the PDF of label, then click the print icon top right and now I am at the popup again as normal. How about dropping that PDF tab and make it go straight to printer popup??? you can add a button after label creation along with the print label, cancel buttons for PDF whatever. Quick fixing things that arent broken.

same issue here. it started on the 18th or so, just a few days ago. it's incredibly annoying and slows down my label processing.

My labels used to always do this. Only during the past few months have I experienced the speed-label option. I noticed only last night that mine had reverted to the extra-step method again. Oh, well...

Having same issue, Also will not format to label size and getting 2 labels ejected on occasion when printing from the "Improved method"

Workaround with many steps extra,  download the label, then open,   then print from the download      (Dymo 4XL)

eBay logic:  Break what is fixed.  Don't fix what is broken.

Same issue here. Searched for this issue to find this thread. Anyone from eBay able to offer some input on this? 

Essentially, after purchasing a label we got a pop up which allowed for us to print directly from the pop. Now we have to buy label, then click print or download, then click another button, then click another button. Then close the extra tab. To print a single label now takes 10 times as long. Which, compounded over hundreds of sales is a massive time waste.

I don't think this is a big deal since you can get a label printed with only one more click, but for those that find it irritating if they do not want a PDF option I am glad it is getting fixed.

Amazing that anyone can think griping on the forum will get anything so thank you to those that reported this where it needed to be reported.

Same issue here.  Reported to eBay twice, they say it is a system issue.

Forum comments is one way that eBay decides if an issue is worth addressing or not.  So it does actually do some good.   Thank you  birdhousemarketplace for starting the string.
