Print a return label

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a regular customer , When I request return my order and print a return label, The eBay return system , ask to log in at PayPal account in order to charge customer’s  account for printing a return label.

I do not have a PayPal account so, I have to ask sellers to send me their return addresses. And after I sent back the return order from any US post office , I should notify a seller a tracking number, Also, because eBay return case is still open and is uncompleted , I get several messages from ebay "do not forget to return your order". It is so complicated.

Could you please fix this problem and help us to printing a return label charge customer from original payment that they paid for an order?

Buy your own label at the post office, @mm1333. Then click Add Tracking Details and enter that tracking number:

Contact ebay and/or seller for return address. 

My guess is that this may be a glitch that only shows ability to pay through paypal.  Click on it and see if it allows you to make the charge to a credit card or other form of payment.

P.S.  You might want to take it easy on the negative feedbacks. Sellers may view you as trouble and block you.

I do not submit normally a negative feedback to a seller. If something happened , I try to solve it , Negative feedback is not a good solution. 

Your reply is not relevant to my question about PayPal return problem. Anyways, Thank you for your time.
