I recently asked for a refund on a damaged item I received and was sent a return shipping label email, but the link does not populate the label at all. I've already received my refund. Am I obligated to send the item back, I've seen on other threads once the refund has been processed I really don't need to do anything but wanted to make sure this was case.

The refund invalidated the return label. If seller wants item back they need to send you another or the cost to return. The refund technically means to ebay that seller does not want item back(read the refund email from ebay)

^This.
I just had this happen. I purchased a "brand new" DVD that was clearly repackaged and had scratches so deep that it would not play in my player.
I requested a return which was granted. After messaging the seller, the seller decided to just grant a refund and my label link and the option all together was gone.
