Print Packing Slip missing from drop down menu

I'm trying to print a packing slip.  The choice is missing.  The image below is taken from the order details page.

The above order was placed 7/8.

I went back and looked at an order placed 7/7 and the option is there, albeit at the end of the list instead of near the top of the list like I am used to.

Not sure what your issue may be but I see the print packing slip in the drop down menu.

Perhaps your eBay cookie is corrupt, you may need to clear cookies and browser history.

By choosing print label, I was able to find a link for print packing slip.  

Thanks for the workaround suggestion.
