Honestly, what are you talking about? You bought something and didn't get it? You can file an ITEM NOT RECIEVED claim against the seller. Ebay will have your back, but YOU have to figure out what to do before it's too late!! Explain yourself and we will help!

One day past the last given delivery date you can file a case.  Click the I have not received this item button.

What does the tracking show?   If it says delivered and it was not, that can be the fake tracking number scam. If is says delivered,  DO NOT file an item not received case. You will lose. Come back here and we can tell you how to deal with it.

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
