I think most people would consider this to be some good news . . .

I doubt it will improve the situation with the USPS. It may make it worse.

But they haven't. And they won't.

Carriers are angry & instead of complaining up the chain they are taking it out on customers. 

I've stopped purchasing except for necessities. I've had 12 items returned to Amazon by PO as "damaged," two items have been sitting in distribution centers, unmoving, for over a week, & an order that arrived to my city & then was sent on a cross-country journey before returning.

I've heard about three mail dumps in different cities.

They are out of control.

They'll undo the sabotage at the USPS right around the time that that big beautiful replacement healthcare plan arrives.
