As I was preparing shipping label, I noticed I entered weight as 8 lbs but item is only 8 ounces. I amended it. Buyer paid $11.00 for shipping but only $7.00 was charged for the shipping label. How does the buyer get reimbursed? Do I need to cancel and relist?
You would just select issue refund under the drop down menu from the order details. It should give you a option for what the refund is for, and select shipping discount as reason for refund and refund the difference for the cost of shipping.
