Is it really worth sending items via signed 'expensive' postage? - Yes you know if the item has been received and can track it...

But then the buyer can say exactly what they want to claim a refund or part refund?

You don't need anything signed for under the value of $750, however would you spend less on untracked postage and leave yourself at the mercy of every vulture out there for INR ? You would lose every time.

Postage is expensive, factor it into your costs, Always send your items with tracking.
