Some good news for all !
I bought something last week and it came to me with the Ground Advantage and was delivered Today.

Holiday and Sunday package delivery is becoming standard in many places. Also becoming standard is that many of the carriers and clerks working those Sundays and Holidays are not volunteers. They are forced, and in offices that are really shorthanded they may be working 7 days a week. Not by choice.
Impressive.

It's not uncommon for POs to deliver packages on Sundays and holidays even though they're not delivering regular mail.

USPS has taken to sometimes doing deliveries on Holidays reduce possible overloading/backloading after the Holiday.
Does not happen (deliveries) in my "rural" location.

The post office I go to always has the We are Hiring sign up. I asked them, and like many other businesses, they are having a hard time finding people who want to work.

Those postal workers that work holidays get OT.
