Possible Buyer Fraud regarding the Global Shipping Program

An international buyer purchased a figurine from me and filed a claim...not with Ebay, but with Paypal...that the item was damaged in shipment. I asked for proof of damage and he sent me a photo of the item...WHICH IS APPARENTLY PHOTOSHOPPED TO SHOW DAMAGE. I also checked his feedback and that he has apparently done the same thing to another seller with a similar item a few weeks ago. I'm not sure where to go from here...I called Paypal and informed them. I will appreciate advice. Thanks, Deano

You didn't need to ask the buyer proof. The GSP is responsible for the damage. Just call PayPal back. You may have to call eBay as well. The PayPal case needs to be closed in your favor and the GSP/eBay will refund the buyer.
