What`s the point of creating a service if it doesn`t have the most important thing - delivery scan?
It is not scanned as accepted either, but machines in distribution centers do scan them, which is fine. However, all sellers need to have the only scan - Delivered (the acceptance scan is needed for ebay only).
My envelope has a scan Out for delivery five (!) times at different times, but no Delivered scan. Has anyone got their up to $20 from ebay when a buyer (who, most likely enjoying another perk from ebay in addition to renting for free items and returning them, etc) says that he didn`t receive it since there is no delivery scan?
At least with a stamped envelope scammers couldn`t prove they didn`t get it, but now ebay provides them "tracking", which shows no delivery. Amazing!
