Hello everyone. I'm a buyer that usually buy items from Germany using deutsche post brief. I understand the shipping might be delayed during covid 19. On May 26th, i decided to buy items but the parcel didnt arrive. I got refunded by Ebay. I thought it was just a usual shipping problem. So I tried to buy items again from a seller from Germany. This time i messaged the seller to ask for combine shipping then the seller replied "A shipment to Indonesia is currently not heard."
Does anyone know what that means? Is there any specific policy about shipping from Germany to Indonesia during Covid 19?
