What can I do if seller mark an item as shipped and give a tracking number but he really don't bring the item to the post office?
I send him many message and he said he will sent it but he isn't.
Because the item is marked as shipped, I can't ask for a refund.
How can Ebay help me? Do I need to wait until the date I'm supposed to receive it?
