Pick up changed to shipping

the  person who has paid for her glassware and ask for pick up now wants shipping. And ask for me to send an invoice for shipping. But I would like to see shipping  on the eBay purchase. How is the shipping added to her purchase on eBay? Can she go in and do it? Or does she cancel and rebuys item? Thanks for your help! Still a newbie from SC

You are going about the Poppy dishes listing all wrong.

You cannot show a pic of all the dishes and then say they only get one...you are in violation of fee avoidance.

You need to create a variation listing..so they pick from a drop down menu what they want

Cancel the listing, citing "Buyer request," and relist so she can purchase it with shipping.
