Permanent inability to print USPS labels via eBay

Very frustrated with this as it has persisted for the past month and has cost me time and money.. Every single time I  try to print a USPS label on eBay, I get the same vague error message in red stating "error creating label". I use my Paypal account during the checkout process. There is plenty of money in the account. It signs me into PayPal just fine, spinning wheel goes for a second, then the popup box closes and the original eBay page gives me the error message. This doesn't alway happen when I ship FedEx, only USPS. I've tried using Firefox and Chrome, both give same results. I specifically want to use the eBay shipping service for this task, not the Paypal shipping route.

No idea. Unless it has something to do with not having a PayPal automatic billing agreement in place to pay for the labels, and the sign in side journey is breaking things.

Maybe you could try that route (it's been so long since I didn't have an automatic payment for labels set up that I don't recall how it happens - tick a box during the process?)

berkshireplanet is referring to using a computer to print your label.  The first time you will need to accept the billing agreement by checking the  [box]  and then print the label.  Once that is done, you should be able to use a mobile device to print future labels.

If that is not the problem, I don't know what else to suggest.  Are you using the classic label printing or the "new and improved" label printing in ebay?
