I woke up to a note from the winning bidder, wants to reverse transaction. Luckily I had not shipped it although I printed the label. I voided the label and went to PP to do a refund. Item price was (approx) $50.00. I saw that if I gave the whole amount back I would be losing money since PP keeps their fees. I was able to do a partial refund for 95% of the price without losing money, and said in the note that if they really needed the extra $2, I would send it to them another way.
Does that sound like a plan?
