Paying for shipping labels

Now that eBay and PayPal have parted ways, how can I pay for shipping labels on eBay without having to use PayPal?

At the bottom of the shipping label page is a choice to have the postage money come from PayPal or the 'pending funds'.  The default is PayPal, I changed mine after a couple days and no more money was going in.

Thanks.  I hadn't seen that option.  I will look for it.
