Particular person in North Houston sorting station does not understand Std. Env. Shipping

Think ONE person is re sponsible for ALL of my Std Envelope shipping items come back...they are pkg correctly but that person does not understand how it works.   Info for USPS:  this person worked on the day my June 23, 2025 mail landed there and it's beginning to look like I'm getting it all back.  Can't reship because it has been too long since label was created.  I was having this problem a LOT before Christmas but after talking with local people and posting a lot on eBay, it apparently got straightened out.  NOT ONE problem since mid-January to June 23.  Now I have to go thru this he** again.  PLEASE get this particular person EDUCATED.  It would really be appreciated!

'std' means a standard envelope of 3 5/8 X 6 1/2 inches...correct?

And envelope is flat on all four corners with no lumps?

The likelihood of a single person being involved in the sorting/processing/rejection/return of your ESE shipping is very remote.

When they are processed, unless there is an issue, they are just traveling as "metered mail letters" and the processing is automated and done by machines.

Don't know if it's relevant for your shipping or not but June 23rd will go down in eBay/USPS infamy for the reused tracking number debacle.

If your envelopes are too rigid, they can jam a sorter. If they jam the sorter, than can come back or you can be charged a non-machineable fee, or they can arrive at your buyer with postage due.

I do not ship coins but it would not surprise me that if your coins which are shipping via ESE are packed as they are shown in the photos, you will have some problems.

Often sellers who have had no issues, will hit a sorting machine which objects to their packaging. And a POed employee who has to deal with the problems it causes.
