Partial refund

Hi,

i sell on ebay on product and now i want to make partial refund to buyer. Please tell meu haw can i do that and receive final value fee for this refund?

Must say that buyer is agree with this partial refund.

You only get the selling fee refund if you give a full refund. To give a part refund, log into paypal and pull up the payment. There are some options choose refund. Be sure to enter the correct amount as it comes up with the full payment already entered. Again however, less than a full refund there is no FVF credit.

Unfortunately EBay does not refund you the fvf on partial refund
