Sold an item couple of days ago, the buyer received it today and says it’s not working but would like to keep it and asks to keep the item and fix it locally (..sounds familiar?!), mainly because I don’t know how, I told him I will do a full refund only. He says ok. But then he keeps on insisting. I tell him I had already accepted the return. He closes the return case and he tells me “now I have closed the case you can do a partial refund”. How? If there’s no return case? Through PayPal? Should I report?
