Partial refund help

I bought a teble tennis racket for $100, ( a really good one) the seller sent me one of the cheapest bat outhere. I asked him he said send it back he will give me the full refund or 10% partial refund. Since I am already used it, I asked him I will take the partial refund but it must be higher, Imagine you have to pay90% of something that is not even close to your purchase. I said “We are only able to offer a $10 partial refund in this instance”. Is there any way can help me get a higher partial refund. Thanks for your help!!!

If you're not tripping over yourself to take the advice to get ALL you money back, perhaps at least don't keep starting new threads?

They mean that you have started multiple threads on the same subject. You only need to start one; eventually more members may come along to help, but if you start another thread, it may look like you are trying to get different answers than before. 

As far as the refund goes, you should either return for full refund, or take the partial offered. The seller isn't obligated to do anything more if you decide to keep it. I understand you may prefer they did, but that appears to be this seller's policy.
