Partial Refund Offer Timeline

I believe I saw a pop-up note that says “ Buyer will have to respond my offer within .... days or the case will be closed” when I sent the partial refund offer at Return Request Case. Now I’m looking for Partial Refund Offer rule but I can’t find anywhere. Will you please help me where to look for the rule?

Since ebay doesn't support partial refunds, I doubt there's a rule for it.  They have, I believe, up to 30 days to escalate the case.

Your buyer has until 30 business days from when the return request started --

to accept your partial refund offer, which will close the request --

or decline your partial refund offer, which allows two options --

for you to offer another resolution --

or for either to get your back up off the wall and ask eBay to get down on it.
