Parcel stuck with eBay Global Shipping Centre

Hi, my product is stuck with eBay Global Shipping Centre and can't be returnet to the buyer, in order to send me again.

The problem was about a wrong name/surname on the invoice, so, the parcel returned to Uk from italian customs, but it doesn't arrived to the seller... The seller ask me to contact eBay Global Shipping Centre, but I don't know how to do it.. Can you help me?

You're on the .com discussion board - sounds like you need assistance from ebay.co.uk or from ebay.it (whichever site you used to make the purchase).

Here in the US, the policy is that the seller is not responsible when a package is returned for a bad address.

If the seller doesn't get the package back from the Global Shipping center then there's nothing they can do to help you.

Ask on one of the discussion boards where you made the purchase @Anonymous because processes in the US are not always the same as processes on international eBay sites.
