Parcel lost once at hub

Hi can anyone help. Over a month ago an expensive package was deliverd by seller to international hub. Tracking to that point. Since then nothing,no tracking nothing. Ebay are useless as they shut down any attempt to contact. One day to go before final delivery date. Its gone from a small problem to I suspect a hige problem and I fear the parcel is lost. Ebay just says I may still get it in an automated text. This is the seond time. for me. USA to NZ. Any advice please?

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Here we are caught up with a parcel thats missing and Ebay shutting down all ways to get a message thru about where this might be. I havent heard from them 5 days after lodging. The seller sent the items, I tracked the item to Ebays hub where it has gone missing. Yet still no response from Ebay. Wow if those of us in the real world treated our customers like this we would be outta business fairly quickly. What an abomintaion of a service level. Sure Ill get a refund but Id rather have the item So thats two items lost now and thats the last buy off Ebay Ill ever do. Cant be bothered dealing with Ai and a company that doesnt give a rats ass,

Well the fools lost the parcel and here is my response. I note they only allow 3 days to write a complaint and then shut you down. Censership albeit delicate?

I have been stunned by the appalling way Ebay have handled this problem. You shut me out of any communication even when I tried to alert you to a problem. I was unable to break thru the walls of bots and electronic requests that lead nowhere and rendered me powerless to try and save my purchase. You sent me a stock answer you must send everybody. It was without feeling or sincerity.

I looked for ages for a bag that would suit my needs for my upcoming world trip. A bag that I could recognise as my own, a stylish practical bag to accompany me everywhere. This type of bag is simply not available in my country.

The seller agreed to an offer and sent it to you overpriced distribution centre where you lost it and by your lack of actions proved you could care less.

Then to leap up like a party donkey and skite I could get my money back was childish and insincere.

I wanted the bag.

No one from Ebay ever contacted me or even tried to find the bag.

As this was my second loss I have decided to no longer buy off Ebay. Mistakes are made that is true but to ignore a customer as you have done is at your own business peril. This has been one of the worst buying experiences I have had in my 64 years.
