The courier said they tried elivering 5 times. Buyer says they were home each day, and no card through door either. Courier said they are returning parcel and gone quiet since - nothing else on tracking. They wont deal direct as done through e-bay as agent.
Know I can refund buyer and get fees back - but what about the item and the value of the goods?
Who, if anyone will compensate the value of the goods?

What do you mean done through ebay? Is this a global order done thorugh the shipping center? Who is the carrier?
