Parcel Post is Back?

Prior to today, December 23, 2021, to use Parcel Select you had to go to the post office. Now the option is back and the Priority Mail use your own box is no longer an option. Is there a recent change?

Did your seller status recently change from Above Standard to Top Rated? Supposedly only TRS can access Parcel through eBay labels.
