I bought 4 kiss action figures for 51.60 paid I still have my card I used it went through and the item was supposed to show up today. The person didn’t even ship it yet either. I am guaranteed my money back too. I also still have the email too confirming my purchase. What should I do? I already requested my money back too.

Supposed to show up doesn`t mean the seller didn`t ship. If you read this forum or other sources, you will see that USPS is having major issues and eBay misleads on delivery dates.
You bought this item on Nov 30 at 11:32PM Pacific time, and on Dec 1 seller`s time. It is December 8, and you already requested your money back!

What you should do is follow the eBay MBG guidelines. If item was suppose to be delivered to day AND If you already asked for your money back, then you jumped the gun. Per the MBG you can file an Item Not Received (INR) claim the business day AFTER the last estimated delivery date (EDD). Filing too soon might lock you out of the eBay MBG process. So tomorrow, go to the Resolution Center and see if you can file and INR case.
If not, you will have to file with PayPal (IF you used that) otherwise file a chargeback with you CC company.
All of that said, sellers are NOT required to upload tracking information for any sale. So it is possible it was shipped with no tracking. ALL shippers are backed up and experiencing a HUGE cluster, so perhaps waiting a week for it to show up makes sense? You have until 30-days after the last EDD to file an INR case with eBay.
So a few things to think about.
