Are we no longer able to print packing slips?

You can still print packing slips.

On the "Ship your order" page in the upper right corner under "Order Details" there is a "Print Packing Slip" option.

Also in the Seller Hub on the "Awaiting Shipment" tab you can click the down arrow icon to the left of the item to open a drop down menu that has the "Print packing slip and more" option.

However, I believe it was last year when eBay eliminated custom messages from the packing slip options. You can always make your own packing slip template in a word processor or spreadsheet software and copy and paste relevant information from your orders.

But they removed the ability to print in bulk.

What took 15 sec to print packing slips for 50 orders now is taking 15 minutes because we have to do it one by one. this is ridiculous.

If you print the Packing Slip from the create label page, it is non-detailed and one at a time.

If you select all the items you want to ship first, and select Packing Slip from the drop down menu next to one of the items you can print the detailed customizable version for all the items selected.
