Packing slip error message

Anyone else not able to print packing slip. Receive message "not your fault, it's ours". Haven't tried printing label. Is either function working? Thanks for any input.

I agree with you.  This is a seller issue. Who prints packing slips?  Sellers.   SMH

I came to the shipping board first but didn't see any mention of this problem. The Seller board seems to have the most activity so I posted there.

You're not wondering how to ship something or how to return something.  You're having a packing slip issue that a SELLER would have.  Oh well. 

In any case, i've never experience that.
