Is it me or did ebay just change the ability to print a packing slip until AFTER you pay for postage?
I find this annoying because I would think you want to print your packing slip and include it in your package so that your weight is accurate and you purchase the correct postage - no? Now, unless I'm mistaken, you can't print a packing slip until after.
Or am I just missing something?

They changed the label purchase page. It's counter-intuitive to force a shipping label before a packing slip. That said, you can still print a packing slip from the Hub Orders page without having to first purchase a shipping label.
Find the order and select "print packing slip and more" from the actions drop-down.

When you get to that page (print packing slip and more) suggested by wastingtime you can uncheck the "packing slip" that is shown, and checkmark the box at the bottom for "pick list" to get a smaller "slip" if desired.
Another option is to go to "shipping labels", use bulk ship, and print a "pick list" from there to also get a small packing slip.
As to "accurate weight"............... at my shipping area where my scale is located I have a "sample label", and "sample packing slip" that I toss on the scale with the packaged item to get a total weight. My printer is upstairs, so doing that allows me to have my known total weight before purchasing the label, and printing either.

Which just shows yet again that the people implementing these changes don't use the platform and have no clue how a normal shipping work flow functions.

Well they must be watching, or it was a mistake, but the print packing slip option returned where it used to be so it's easy to now print the packing slip before your print the postage!
