Package stuck at "Accepted"

Should I be concerned that the package tracking from Poland to the USA has been stuck at "Accepted" for 5 days?

Not particularly. It may not have been scanned in between acceptance and heading to customs  and/or  placed in a shipping container. It’s not unusual based on my experiences with international shipping.,

Many countries don’t scan at all past acceptance and the first you will see is when it hits ISC  NY or Chicago and US customs.
