Package stuck at hub for more than 16 days.

I bought an Item for 105$, including a delivery from the USA to Israel. According to ebay’s tracking, seller shipped the item through ebay standard delivery on 29/1 and it reached the hub at Glendale Heights at 02/2. Since then there are no new updates. Anyone knows what might happened? Is there a strike going on at Glendale Heights hub or something?

No strikes. Could be in 'pending' waiting to either be accepted into customs or it's at customs waiting for it to be processed. Sometimes 2-6 weeks.

There is no USPS strike at the Glendale  Heights IL . USPS ISC  sorting hub  .  It  has major unexplained delays , Missed place  parcels  and loss's .  They do  have employee  no show issues .  U.S. Customs  will not delay out pound Parcels ,unless  Items are on block list .
