I ordered this console few weeks ago, and today I saw that the package is being sent back to the sender (seller) for absolutely no reason mentioned. I didn't request returning because the package hasn't arrived yet. In the app, It says the package is restricted at the global shipping center. I tried contacting the seller but he doesn't respond, he was responding pre-checkout and now he doesn't.How can I contact the seller? Or is there another way to reach him? I want the console to be shipped back other than refund money, and wouldn't mind paying the postage again if needed.

If it was GSP/EIS, you don't really need to contact the seller other than to keep them in the loop. Once the package reaches the global shipping hub, the seller has fulfilled their obligation. You should contact eBay and ask for a refund, since it's on them now. They'll refund you and probably won't debit the seller, but they also probably won't actually return the item to the seller (despite the "Domestic Documentation and Labelling" and "Returned to Sender" tracking updates).

I only have the tracking number to keep in loop other than that is ebay probably. Also, I want the package to ship back to my region rather than refund, unless I couldn't find a way to reship it, due to it not returning to seller, I will refund.

I'm seriously gonna lose my mind, not because the item I'm buying is TOO expensive and rare, but the issue itself was never fixed for years.

I would like to know if my package is immobile or not. It's been roughly 10 days since the last tracking update showed up. Here's a photo:
I'm not sure what the last update means. Is it that the package is stored on a container somewhere? Or it's on flight and on the way to destinarion? I've no clue.
