Package not moving mail service used changed in route

At first package tracking said ground advantage , what would be expected for it's size and weight.

Package has not left the shipped from state  was mailed on Jan 31.

USPS Ground Advantage™

Now it says:

Class of Mail

First-Class Mail®

Special Services

Insured Mail

Yesterday is said:

arrived at usps regional origin facility

false, memphis tn mail processing center

Says I can't open a case until Feb 8.   But who knows what it will say by then?  Will is be a parcel or a letter?    On the bright side, at least it got smaller and not bigger incurring more postage.    By tomorrow it could be a 12 foot concert grand Borensfoffer piano.

This is normal for USPS to do it this way.  Even though USPS got rid of first class mail for packages and switched over to ground advantage, on their site and with tracking they use the two shipping terms interchangeably.  * with first class mail one had to pay extra for insurance  while gr. adv. has 100.00 insured for free.

Well it is the new Normal for their garbage Ground Advantage  .   I don't  see it  getting better  with Orange butterball 45/47 back in office  . if we are lucky butterball  will have a widow maker heart attack   or  impeached  after mid terms .
