Package not in tansit after 9 days

9 days ago I ordered a package and it's still not in transit. I live in the Netherlands and ordered from a buyer located in the US, so could it be that it'll only say in transit once it has arrived in the Netherlands? I never order from ebay, so honestly I don't know.

This order also has 2 tracking numbers for some reason (neither of them say in transit yet)

The first tracking number is probably through the US.  It could be in transit but not yet scanned (it happens!).  The second tracking number is probably international.  I am not sure where packages to the Netherlands depart from.  The most important thing is keeping an eye on your purchase history, particularly the estimated date of arrival.   If you item still has not arrived after that date, you are covered by the eBay 30 day money back guarantee.  There are links to it on nearly every page, so you might want to read it.

First off,  Christmas and the New Years holidays have just passed. Your seller maybe out of town. Or they have a long handling time.
Tracking with 2 different numbers only means the seller made an error in postage costs in the first shipping label so they purchased another.
You should turn your attention to estimated dates of delivery. If the estimated date of delivery passes and you haven’t received your items you can open a case through eBays Money Back Guarantee. You’re given 30 days from date of the last estimated date of delivery to get your money back.
Please read up on it, it’s in EVERY listing on eBay.

I mail lot of orders abroad, including the Netherlands.

It would be useful, if you copied the tracking numbers so we can see what's going on.  Especially the first and last three characters/numbers (you can black out the middle). Then we can say what they mean.

The format of a tracking number depends what carrier was used to mail your order and how this was mailed. For example, if the seller used USPS, there should only be one number, not two. If they used ebay global shipping (or similar sevices) there may be two numbers.

Whatever the shipping method, tracking should show that the package was 'accepted' (i.e. mailed) at the local post office. If there is no such entry, it means that the seller has not mailed your parcel yet. If it does show that it was accepted, the lack of the "in transit"scans sometimes happens when the package is irregular in shape, e.g. a tube. These are handled by hand, and the employees do not scann them as often as they should.

The best approach is to contact the seller and ask directly, what is going on.
