I recently sold an item. When I went in to check the status, it says it has gone out for delivery several times but there is a notification that the delivery address is not accessible and the package is available for the buyer to pick-up. As a seller, what do I do in this case? It has been waiting for pick-up for 11 days. What if they never pick-up the item? Do they get a refund? They inputted their shipping address on ebay, so if there is an address mistake it is not mine.

Most post offices will send the item back to you after 15 days. When you get it back, you can contact the buyer and ask if they still want the item. If they do, they need to re-pay the postage. Or, you can just issue a refund minus your original shipping cost, and eBay/PayPal fees.

I do nothing unless he package is returned. If it is returned, this is what I do for domestic returns like this.
