Hey everyone, first time purchasing an item from ebay and what do you know, I have not received my package. It was meant to arrive 5 days ago, and I still have no idea of where it could be(I don't wanna assume it was stolen). I wonder if late packages are common when purchasing here with USPS shipping. In your purchase history, what exactly does the carrier tracking show? That is where I would start.

Late packages are what's happening right now. The winter storms of last week are still having repercussions with shipping , causing delayed flights and backed up shipments.
I have a late package too. It is moving... Delayed...moving again... Delayed... You get the picture.
Patience is the order of the day. Your package ( and mine too, hopefully) will arrive soon. If it doesn't, eventually, you are still protected by the Money Back Guarantee, effective within 30 days after the last Estimated Delivery Date of your order.

Although the weather was perfect in California and Hawaii...all other states were affected by the bad weather. Expect delays like those who tried to fly those days.

What happens when you track it?

It mentions it was delivered on December 23rd

For what exactly?

It says it was delivered on December 23rd

If they said it was delivered, you should have contacted the carrier to find out where it was delivered.
If it was stolen after delivery, not much you can do but file mail theft and a police report, but it won't get your money back.

Ok
Now time for some foot work. Here are some ideas.
Check with other folks in your household.
Check with neighbors.
Check with your USPS carrier person.
If you take the tracking number into your local USPS office, they should be able to GPS the actual delivery location.
If your delivery was stolen from your porch/delivery location, you may be out of luck.

Late packages won't say "delivered."
You need to assume it was stolen after delivery or it was delivered to the wrong house. USPS should be able to tell you where it was left.
