PMB and PO Box in same address?

Hi guys, just a little question today. 

Got a sale this morning and their address includes both a PMB and a PO Box. Can’t ask my post office about this until Monday, so I figured I’d try to ask here first. Will this actually be a deliverable address? 

Appreciate any help you guys have to give.

Private mail box   It's like a PO box but offered by a company other that the US postal service.
