need a phone number to a live person, I've been charged twice for shipping label need refund for the unused label.

In seller hub, go to the Orders pulldown. Select Labels, find the label you want to void. Void it.

If it is a UPS label, do nothing as the label will not be billed if it is not scanned.

No one here has a direct number to eBay. You can find the help and contact link at the bottom of most any eBay page.

Were you charged twice for the same label or were you charged for 2 different labels?
