my package was marked "delivered" yesterday and it is nowhere in sight. The tracking number provided by eBay just redirects me to the eBay page and gives me no option to contact the carrier. The only option I have is to complain to the seller, as if it is somehow their fault that my package was marked "delivered" by the carrier who left it who-knows-where??? why is there no option to contact the carrier or ebay about this. it is very very obviously not something the seller can control.
If it's USPS you can contact your local facility and ask / tell the Post Master, he might ask the person responsible for the scan. Also check with neighbors, if my stuff is misdelivered it's usually next door.
