Hello! I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with an issue i recently had regarding a FEd EX ground shipment and being overcharged for that package on my monthly statement. I shipped out a Keurig 2.0 K425 Cofee Maker in a 12 x 12 X 15 size box and a exact weight of 15 pounds (I actually added one extra pound , just to make sure that i had the exact weight and I weighed this package on a calibrated new scale I have. If you look up this exact model of coffee maker on many websites including Keurig they show a shipping weight of 11.25-12.9 for this item, then maybe add allittle extra pounds for extra packing materials, so anyway, the priginal cost of my label i printed was $10.81. It was going from nebraska to florida. When i viewed mny statement , I was charged $ 15.66 and they stated the weight as 31 pounds!!! and the box size as 20 X 18 X 12!!! they stated the weight as more than twice what it weighs and the box way bigger than it was , and i personally handed it to the fed ex agent over the counter who weighed it again in front of me and accepted it!! So my question is who do i contact to handle this, Ebay ? or Fed Ex? and has anyone else out there hasd this kind of issue where fed ex is way over billing for packages?? thanks for any help or suggestions becaise I am just unclear where to start

you have to contact eBay if you used an eBay label. And eBay will tell you to deal with FedEx and FedEx will bounce you back to eBay.

Yes, I did print the label through Ebay and your response was exactly what i was thinking might happen, that i would get bounced back and forth from Ebay to Fed Ex but was just hoping to know where to start first, I am actually on hold on the phone right now with ebay (for over half and hour!) and we will see what they say and I will post the results!
