Order not received notification

How long is reasonable for a buyer to wait before declaring that a purchase has not been received.

Order placed 31 May and dispatched within a few days. Now, 19 Aug, being told not received. Is this reasonable?

They can open an INR case on eBay for 30 days. With PayPal and CCs, it's 180 days, I think.

'Reasonable' to me is opening the case one day past the Estimated Delivery Date... unless they give a bit more time for delivery. This example seems like a really long time...

What does the tracking show?

About six weeks out of being able to claim on ebay but they can claim on PayPal if that was the payment method for 180 days.
