I ordered a phone case on Wednesday evening the total was $9 and some change I was told it would be here by the 15th of September it still has not arrived and I no longer can find the order information is there any suggestions

Go to MY EBAY and look under purchases, do you see it there?  If yes, wait a few days since the date that you saw is an ESTIMATE!  Wait until Tuesday and open an item NOT received case.   If you do NOT see the purchase under MY EBAY , it could be that the seller was suspended.

You are still covered.  Again, wait until Tuesday incase they did mail the item .  Did you pay thru PAYPAL? If yes, go to Paypal and open an ITEM NOT RECEIVED CASE.  Follow the prompts exactly.  Even if the seller is suspended , the transaction will be visible in PAYPAL.

Come back here if you did not use paypal to pay.

Go to your "Purchases History" page.

There you will find your order information, make sure the seller shipped the order, if he did, you will find tracking number for the shipment.

if he didn't ship the order yet, contact the seller and ask him about that.
